There are no hidden charges for balance transfers or cash advances. The rate for all transaction types such as purchases, balance transfers, or cash advances are the same low rate.
This card also features purchase security, universal acceptance, verified by Visa Security for Online Purchases, Cardholder Inquiry Service, concierge service, zero liability, travel accident insurance, emergency card/ stolen card reporting, warranty manager, and travel and emergency assistance.
The card has an APR of 8.60% for purchases and cash advances for those with perfect credit. The rate is determined by taking the higher of either 0.716% per month or 8.60% APR, or .70% above the Prime Lending Rate on the 20th day of the preceding month in which the billing rate occurs. The minimum monthly payment is $20 or 2% of the outstanding amount, whichever is higher. There are no annual fees, cash-advance fees, minimum finance charge, and a balance transfer fee but there is a $25 late fee. Also, when the account goes over the approved limit, there is a $25 over-the-limit-fee. For returned checks, there is a charge of $25.
