The Alliant Credit Union savings account rates are from a credit union that provides exclusive, lifetime benefits to employees and retirees of United Airlines and select business affiliates, employee groups, qualifying communities, family members, and domestic partners. With more than 250,000 members and over $6 billion in assets, Alliant Credit Union is the 7th largest U.S. credit union based on asset size.
Alliant is a not-for-profit cooperative so the members are the shareholders. All income after operating expenses and reserve allocations is returned to members via higher dividends and great loan rates.
An Alliant savings account establishes your membership in Alliant Credit Union. They have several savings accounts that you can choose from to suit your specific need. There is the Regular Savings that is a high-yield savings account which is 7x higher than the bank industry average. The Supplemental Savings lets you save for a specific goal. It lets you enjoy all the benefits of the Regular Savings account, including high monthly dividends, and save toward a specific financial objective. The Kidz Klub is a savings account for kids under 12 years old and promotes good savings habits early in life. The custodial Savings is a convenient way to give a gift or transfer money to a minor. The Trusts protects your assets from probate and estate taxes.
Above mentioned Alliant savings accounts have high dividends paid monthly on average daily balances of $100 or more. Each of the above savings accounts has an interest rate of 1.98% with an APY of 2.00%. The required minimum deposit is $5.00 and there is no maximum balance limit.
