Best Bank One Year CD Rates
It’s high time we here at Online Banks Blog gave you an update on how Best Bank one year CD rates are doing today. There are two types of 1 year CD rates at Best Bank and they’re in two separate locations (where Best Bank does business). Whether you’re in Michigan or Georgia, the Best Bank 1 year CD rates are the same.
For standard Best Bank one year CD rates, the annual percentage yield (APY) is 0.90%, interest is compounded quarterly, and the minimum required to open is $1,000. Jumping to a 13 month special right now, however, boosts this rate to 1.70% APY, but there is a $5,000 minimum deposit to open that account.
For preferred rates, which are for those customers who have a Gold Checking account at Best Bank, the Best Bank 1 year CD rates are higher. Still compounding quarterly, the rates at 1.15% APY with the same $1,000 minimum deposit and 1.95% APY for a 13 month special at that $5,000 minimum deposit requirement.
One more thing to note is that those special 13 month CDs will auto-renew at another 12 months at the then-current rates.
As stated, both of these terms and rates are available in both Michigan and Georgia. All accounts at Best Bank are FDIC insured. These Best Bank one year CD rates could change at any time, so if any of these appeal to you, lock your rate in today.
