For this popular long term, available CD rates are best at iGo Banking and E-Loan, who both have a 3.50% APY and a $1,000 and $10,000 minimum deposit requirement, respectively. State Bank of India has a 3.34% APY an a $5,000 minimum while First Internet Bank of Indiana has a 3.30% APY with a $1,000 minimum deposit requirement.
