Hyperion Bank’s HyperInterest Checking account IS the best FREE high interest checking account in Philadelphia.
A point of clarification however, one of the qualifiers is Direct Deposit OR an Automatic Payment (ACH) from your account.
Many consumers do not have DIrect Deposit available to them (a shame because it really is a tremendous advantage to the consumer – ask your employer about adding it). So, instead you set up an automated payment – a bill you have to pay every month.
