These are the latest Citibank interest rates as of February 2011. In the refinancing of mortgages, the current standard rates are as follows. The 30 year fixed rate has an interest rate of 5.125% and an APR of 5.445%, with 1 point. The 15 year fixed rate has an interest rate of 4.375% and an APR of 4.832%, with 0.75 of a point. The 5/1 ARM has an interest rate of 3.625% and an APR of 3.565%, and 1 point.
The bank rates for CDs from Citibank include the 3, 4, 5 and 6 month CDs that are earning an APY of 0.25% each. The 7 and 9 month CDs are both earning an APY of 0.35%. The 8 month CD is earning an APY of 0.30%. The 10 month CD is earning an APY of 0.40%. The 1 year CD is earning an APY of 0.45%.
The 13 month CD is earning an APY of 0.50%. The 18 month CD is earning an APY of 0.60%. The 2 year and 30 month CDs are earning an APY of 0.65%. The 3 year CD is earning an APY of 1.01%. The 4 year CD is earning an APY of 1.15%. The 5 year CD is earning an APY of 1.25%. The minimum deposit to open a CD account is $500.
The day to day savings account is earning an APY of 0.20% on all deposit amounts. The Citibank Savings Plus Accounts are in a tiered format. For deposits below $10,000, the APY is 0.20%. For a minimum of $10,000, the APY is 0.30%. For a minimum of $25,000, the APY is 0.45%. For a minimum of $500,000, the APY is 0.50%. For deposits over $1,000,000, the APY is 0.50%.
