HFC Loans

The HFC Loans are from the HFC bank which is part of the HSBC financial family of institutions. They have many different kinds of loans available to qualifying customers. The US headquarters is located in San Francisco California.

The HFC Express Equity Loan is the fastest to receive. The response time is generally under 48 hours. There is less documentation required than a normal home equity loan, but the amount they are willing to loan is also lower.

They also offer the HFC Home Equity Loan. This can be for up to 100% of your home’s value at the current assessment rate in 49 states of the union. In Texas only 80% of your home’s value may be loaned. The reason for the loan is yours but most use it for paying off high credit card balance or for home improvements.

The largest amount offered is through the HFC Mortgage Refinance Loan. Both fixed and adjustable rates are offered with this type of loan.

HFC understands these are hard times and have an avenue for customers to contact them so adjustments can be made on their loans so the home will not be taken away in a foreclosure action. They have a special customer car team set up to assist those customers with this type of problem.

Paying off your loan can be done in 4 different ways. HFC no longer accepts payments at their branch offices but you can have an automatic withdraw from your bank account. There is also an online payment option or you can pay by phone. The old traditional way of paying my snail mail is also still available.

For their current bank rates customers must visits a HFC branch office and make an inquiry.

Presently there are many different types of HFC Loans. Contact your HFC branch and see if one is right for you.
