iGoBanking.com Online Checking Account Rates
While online banks have lowered their interest rates on their online savings accounts and online checking accounts, the iGoBanking.com Online Checking Account stood out. The igobanking.com online checking account increased the checking account interest rates to 3.80% APY this month.
Finding a good high interest rate checking account is very difficult. Much more difficult than finding savings accounts with healthy interest rates. But, igobanking.com has set the bar with its 3.80% APY high interest rate checking account. I would love to be earning 3.80% on my checking account balance.
But, as with all high interest rate checking accounts, the question always comes down to what is the required minimum balance. But, as I read the terms and conditions for the igobanking checking account, it appears that it only requires a minimum deposit of $1.00. I must be reading that wrong. I can’t believe it. If anyone here can confirm the minimum balance requirement, please leave a comment below. Being able to open and maintain a high interest checking account for only $1.00 is amazing. If that is correct, everyone should go open an igobanking.com online checking account.
