KANZA Bank Checking Accounts

From a bank by Kansans for Kansans, the KANZA Bank Checking Accounts are being offered to turn your checking account into an earning opportunity. KANZA Bank is a family-owned community bank since 1905. Personalized service is still alive and well from the bank that takes its name from the Kanza Indian Tribe that once inhabited the plains of Kansas.

For a minimum opening deposit of $100, the KANZA Rewards Checking is a premium checking option for anyone. It gives you free online privileges with its Online Banking and Online Bill Pay. It provides unlimited nationwide ATM fee refunds per cycle when qualifications are met. There is no minimum balance and no monthly service charge. On top of that, balances up to $25,000 earn a 4.00% APY when qualifications are met. To qualify, just make 12 monthly debit card purchases on your account, set up at least one direct deposit or automatic payment, and enroll and receive electronic statements. An interest rate of 1.00% applies to the portion of balances over $25,000. For this tier, APY will range from 4.00% to 1.75%. If qualifications are not met, a 0.05% APY applies to all balances.

The KANZA Bank Regular Checking is a service charge-free checking with accounts that have $500 or more daily balance. If it falls below $500, the fixed monthly service fee is just $5. It also has unlimited check writing.

KANZA Bank Free Checking has no monthly service charge and has unlimited check writing. It also has the same added value services. Duplicate checks are required, as check images are not returned with your monthly statement. The minimum opening deposit is $100.

For customers who maintain higher account balances, the KANZA Bank Interest Checking offers interest that is compounded and credited monthly on minimum daily balances of $1000 or more. There is also no service fee with a $1000 minimum daily balance.

KANZA Bank Relationship Checking is for customers with multiple KANZA Bank accounts totaling $10,000 or more. This offers a way to leverage your financial strength with a variety of refunds, premium interests, and benefits.
