I’ve just opened PNC Personal Banking Service and frankly I’m lost as to where to go. This is definitely a new thing for me and can’t find my way in. I would like to go through the normal Personal Accounts etc. and see balance etc. which I can’t there. Please tell me how to get by – I’m repeat totally lost. How can I open to my personal account? Or, is there still such a thing. If this has changed do I go through giving ID – personal pin etc. etc. Please help me. My email I have indicated above. Teach me how to surf through. I pray you get this note of mine – and expect a response from you in terms of how to get to you like I used to in the immediate past. PNC just purchased National City Bank which we have here in Dayton. So far people seem to be happy with it but time will tell.
