I've just opened PNC Personal Banking Service and frankly I'm lost as to where to go. This is definitely a new thing for me and can't find my way in. I would like to go through the normal Personal Accounts etc. and see balance etc. which I can't there. Please tell me how to get by - I'm repeat totally lost. How can I open to my personal account? Or, is there still such a thing. If this has changed do I go through giving ID - personal pin etc. etc. Please help me. My email I have indicated above. Teach me how to surf through. I pray you get this note of mine - and expect a response from you in terms of how to get to you like I used to in the immediate past. Sorry - the renovation must be entirely something to improve your service - if only you can teach me how to reach you. Thanks, Virginia C. Mata
