PNCBank Online Banking
A while back, we looked at PNC online banking and showed you what they had to offer in that regard. To bring you up-to-date on this large, East Coast bank, we here at Online Banks Blog took another look and are sharing that new information with you today.
The first thing we noticed is that the site is cleaner and easier to read and navigate now. Most of the clutter is gone, so it’s a much easier to understand site. That will make life easier for sure. We saw another exciting thing some PNC Online banking users might be interested in: an iPhone app.
That application is getting a lot of great reviews from PNCBank online banking users. It’s guaranteed secure and since the iPhone seems to be the number one smart phone now, there are a lot of people who’d use this service. So far, the iPhone app from PNC Bank Online offers all of the conveniences available to Web users on their computers.
The other thing we saw isn’t as exciting, but is extremely important to note. A lot of PNC online banking (and offline banking) customers have many complaints about this bank. In fact, PNC’s ratings on Citysearch, the Wall Street Journal’s FiLife, and others have dropped significantly in the last year.
The complaints are generally about the lack of customer service at PNC Bank Online and about questionable dealings with financial services and PNCBank online banking’s investment arm. This is important to note if you’re a prospective PNC Bank Online customer.
Overall, though, if you’re already a PNC customer and are happy with them, then you should be more than happy with PNC online banking. Great services on a nicely-built website, for sure.
